Operation and upgrade of Industrial Area of Lamia (EIAS 187):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and of the operation of the Industrial Area that is located in the municipal department of Agia Paraskevi, in the municipality of Lamia, Fthiotida Prefecture. The total surface of the Industrial Area is 166,9 ha, of which 103,4 ha are available to host crafts and industries. In the framework of the infrastructure upgrade an Administration building is going to be built and electric lighting of the inner road network are foreseen. The existing water supply system will be reinforced by placing pumping equipment to existing - but not currently operating - boreholes and the necessary pipelines. Also the installation of Mn removal system (filter) of 70m3/h capacity is going to be installed. Finally minor interventions in the existing wastewater treatment plant are foreseen. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested

Operation and upgrade of Industrial Area of Komotini (EIAS 188):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and of the operation of the Industrial Area that is located in the municipalities of Komotini and Maronia of Rodopi Prefecture.

The total surface of the Industrial Area is 440 ha, of which 328 ha are available to host crafts and industries. A combined-cycle unit of the Public Power Corporation, which operates with natural gas, is installed in the Industrial Area. In the framework of the infrastructure upgrade electric lighting of the inner road network is foreseen. The existing drinking water supply system will be reinforced by drilling three new boreholes, maintaining the equipment of the existing ones and replacing the transfer pipeline (of 6,8Km in length) from the borehole field to the Industrial Area.  In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Operation and upgrade of Industrial Area of Kavala (EIAS 189):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and of the operation of the Industrial Area that is located in the municipality of Chrysoupoli, of Kavala Prefecture. The total surface of the Industrial Area is 208 ha, of which 153 ha are available to host crafts and industries. In the framework of the infrastructure upgrade electric lighting of the inner road network is foreseen. Also, the existing drinking water supply system will be reinforced by replacing the inner pipeline network made of asbestos by new HPDE pipes. Also, by placing new pressure and gravity transfer pipelines and drilling new boreholes. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Legitimation of works on the shoreline of the Plytra settlement, municipal department of Papadianika (EIA 190):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the constructed marine works within the fishing shelter of the above mention settlement that is located in Asopos Municipality, Laconia Prefecture. The area of the basin of the fishing shelter is 4,5ha and its vessel capacity is 30 to 35 professional vessels of length up to 15 meters and 120 amateur vessels. The works under legitimation are quays of 270m total length and 2 jetties of 80 m total length. The surface area covered by these works is 0,7ha.

Improvement of the No 2 National Road  from Lefkorema area to the borders of Rodopi - Evros Prefectures (EIAS 191 & 191B):

These studies constitute the EIpAS and the EIAS of the necessary works to improve the above mention section of the National Road Prefecture.The total length of the under study road section is about 25 km, while the construction of 1 bridge of 70m span and 15 at-grade intersections is foreseen.Before the construction of Egnatia Highway, No2 National Road was the main road connecting Komotini and Alexandroupolis.The environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Bypass of Corinth (EIAS 192):

The study was conducted in order to renew the JMD 92073/16/5/994 "Approval of Environmental Terms on the highway Athens-Corinth-Patra, Corinth bypass” by which this project ws approved.  The project is located in the Prefecture of Corinth, and crosses the municipalities of Ag. Theodoroi, Loutraki – Perachora and Corinth and has a total length of 14 km. The project was completed in the 1990’s. The environmental impacts from the operation of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.
