Formation of an at-grade intersection at the junction of the Provincial Road No29, with the Mitropolitou Kidonion Grigoriou street in Dionysus Community (EIAS 200):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the engineering works needed for the improvement of the Provincial Road No29 (Dionysus Avenue) over a length of 0,5Km and the formation of an at-grade intersection. The road project is located within the borders of Dionysus Community in Attica Prefecture. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Improvement of the Provincial Road No 29 from Thetis street to Kalamata street in Drosia Community (EIAS 201):

Private heliport in the Chalofti Ampeli area of Megara (EIAS 202)

Private heliport in the Chalofti Ampeli area of Megara (EIAS 202):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the construction and operation of a private helipad. The helipad is sited in a privately owned plot of 2,6ha that is out of the Development plan of Megara and at a distance of 4 km from the homonymous town. The surface of the Final Approach and Takeoff area (FATO) is circular and has a diameter of 22,5 m, for a maximum helicopter length of 15 meters. The maximum number of helicopter flights is 1 landing – take off per day and only during the day.

In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Road «Elefsina - Corinth». Road and rail projects in the region of Kakia Skala, Attica. (EIAS 203)

Road «Elefsina - Corinth». Road and rail projects in the region of Kakia Skala, Attica. (EIAS 203):

The study was conducted with the aim of power renewal of the JMD 18112/95 “Approval of the Environmental Terms for the construction and operation of road and rail projects in the area of Kakia Skala, Attica" as amended by JMD 83470 / 2002 "Amendment of the Decision approving the Environmental Terms for the construction and operation of road and rail projects in the area of Kakia Skala, Attica”. The road section under study is a Prefectureclosed motorway, of length approximately 7,2 km and with two Interchanges Panorama of Kinetta and Kinetta. The location of the project is the Prefecture of Western Attica and more particularly the Municipality of Megara.

The environmental impact from the operation of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Operation and upgrade of Industrial Area of Preveza (EIAS 204)

Operation and upgrade of Industrial Area of Preveza (EIAS 204):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and of the operation of the Industrial Area that is located in the Municipality of Preveza.

The total surface of the Industrial Area is 156 ha, of which 117 ha are available to host crafts and industries. In the framework of the infrastructure upgrade the following works are implemented: construction of an Administration building, electric lighting of the communal areas, construction of internal road network of length 10Km, construction of internal water supply network and water storage tank, construction of internal sewage network, landscape planting and installation of irrigation system. Finally, an industrial water treatment plant of final capacity 1900m3/d will be constructed. Secondary treatment of wastewater involves an extended aeration treatment system. Tertiary treatment will involve mechanical filtration and chloride disinfection. Treated effluent will be discharged to the Ionian Sea (sea area of the project is a non sensitive receiver) by undersea pipeline and appropriate system of diffusers. Sludge stabilization (thickening and dehydration) is also foreseen. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Study on the construction, financing and exploitation of underground garage, a conference centre, shops and other tourist facilities in a plot in Arachova(EIAS 205)

Study on the construction, financing and exploitation of underground garage, a conference centre, shops and other tourist facilities in a plot owned by the municipality of Arachova in Arachova. (EIAS 205):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the above project. The project is necessary to meet the needs created by the growing tourism in the region that occurs during the winter season. The building will be constructed on the west side of the town of Arachova, Viotia Prefecture, in a plot, which belongs to the Municipality of Arachova and has a surface area of 0,3ha. The allowable coverage is 60%. The ground floor will cover 1067m2 of the total area of the plot and the maximum building height will not exceed 8,5 m (7,0 m in building height and 1,5 m height of the roof). The building will have four underground floors. The unbuilt area of the plot will be landscaped and planted with suitable plant species. The capacity of the garage is estimated at about 200 parking places and tht capacity of the conference center is 200 participants.
