Modernization of “Artion S.A.” Printing Industry (EIAS 182):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the upgrade of the above mentioned, in operation, industry. The modernization of the industrial plant involves an increase of the total installed power which is expected to reach to 601,57 kW. The plant is located in a plot of total surface area of 2.020 m2 in the municipality of Agios Ioannis Rentis, in Athens area. The premises of the facility cover a surface area of 980 m2, while the free space comes up to 1.040 m2. Industrial Park of Kastoria (EIAS 183):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the construction and operation of a new Industrial Park in Kastoria Prefecture.

The total area of the Park is 30 ha, of which 21 ha will be available to host crafts and industries. The Industrial Park will have the necessary infrastructure for its operation (water supply network, sewerage network, roads, telephony and electric power supply). In the study, the environmental impacts of the projects were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

LATSINOS S.A. Conference Centre (EIAS 184):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the construction and operation of a Conference Centre in Psathopyrgos of the municipality of Rio, Achaia Prefecture. The Centre will be built in a plot that has an area of 1126 m². The unbuilt area of the plot will be designed appropriately and suitable plant species will be planted in open spaces. The building will consist of two floors (ground floor and first floor), will have a floor area of 795 m² and maximum height of 9,5m. The capacity of the conference centre will be 200 participants. In the study, the environmental impacts of the projects were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Operation and upgrade of Industrial Area of Alexandroupolis(EIAS 186):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and of the operation of the Industrial Area that is located in the municipal department of Avanta, in the municipality of Alexandroupolis. The total surface of the Industrial Area is 206 ha, of which 144 ha are available to host crafts and industries.

In the framework of the infrastructure upgrade an Administration building is going to be built, electric lighting of the communal areas is foreseen and finally pumping equipment to existing boreholes and the necessary pipelines are going to be placed in order to reinforce the water supply of the Industrial Area.
