Upgrading the North Road Axis of Crete (NRAC) into a motorway. Section Panormos–Exanti junction Prefecture (EIAS 206 & 206B):

These studies constitute the EIpAS and the EIAS of the construction and operation of the road section Panormos-Exanti junction in the framework of the refurbishment and upgrade of the NRAC into to Motorway. The under study road section belongs to the National Road network and serves the supra-local traffic between Western and Eastern Crete. The under study section has a length of about 10Km. Engineering works also include the formation of 1 Interchange at Panormos area and the construction of 1 bridge of span 221 m. Special attention was given in the localization of appropriate disposal sites for the excess material of earth works.

The environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Construction and operation of a small hydroelectric plant of 2.860 KW in the river bed of Arapitsa, in the Prefecture of Imathia (EIAS 207):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the above plant. The project involves the construction and operation of a Small Hydroelectric Plant of installed electrical power units of 2.860 KW in the river bed of Arapitsa, downstream from Naoussa city, in the Prefecture of Imathia. The plant is of Run – Of the River (ROR) type without regulation reservoir. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Modernization and improvement of the project “Completion of the works of Volos Bypass from Larissa I/C to Goritsa” (EΙΑS 208Α):

This project aims to complete the construction of Volos artery bypass. An Environmental Report was submitted which examined variations concerning the environmental impacts, in relation to the approved project in order to be exempted from the process of environmental licensing

Sheepcote of 280 sheep capacity (EIAS 210):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the construction and operation of the above project. The sheepcote is located at "Ntraseza" area of Markopoulo Municipality, Mesoghaia. The facilities of the sheepcote cover a total area of 670m2. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Construction and Operation of housing estate named PATRA XIII Prefecture(EIAS 211):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the above project implemented by the Workers' Housing Organization (OEK) in Ag. Vasilios, Municipality of Rio, Achaia Prefecture. The study involves the construction and operation of a settlement along with the necessary infrastructure in a plot of 8,7 ha  Prefecture. Within the plot, the construction of 66 apartments of three rooms each and 110 apartments of four rooms is foreseen. The settlement will meet the urgent housing needs of about 900 people.
