Construction and Operation of an indoors gym in Porto Rafti (ΕIAS 156):

The study concerns the construction and operation of a closed gym of total floor area of 1.500m2 and height 12m with the corresponding infrastructure and landscaping works in a plot of 5.700 m2 located in Agia Marina of Porto Rafti Markopoulo municipality, Mesoghaia of Attica County. The gym will have 380 seats in the spectator stands. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project, including the impact of the project to the infrastructure network of the wider region, were examined and evaluated at a primary level and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Construction of fishing shelter in the bay of Old Monemvasia (EIAS 157):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the shelter project. The project aims to serve the small fishing boats of the fishermen of the region as well as the small tourist boats.

The maximum number of boats that can be served is 88, and the maximum length of each boat served is 12 m. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project, including the impact of the project to the marine environment of the wider region, were examined and evaluated at a primary level and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Construction of a building of spectator stands at the National Stadium of Markopoulo (EIAS 158):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the project.

The study concerns the construction of spectator stands from concrete, of about 2.500 spectators capacity (1.860 m² ) at the National Stadium of Markopoulo with all the necessary places below them, the construction of a metal roof and all the necessary work to form the surrounding area from the entrance of the stadium to the building of the spectator stands. It also includes the construction of networks (water, wastewater and storm water) for the proper functioning of the stadium. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Works to increase the drainage capacity of  Chalandri stream between Solomou and Griva streets in the Municipality of Chalandri (EIAS 159 & 159B):

These studies constitute the EIpAS and the EIAS of the project. The subject of the study is the assessment of the environmental impacts of projects with the aim of increasing the drainage capacity of the stream over a total length of 180m.

 The proposed works include stream regulation by open cross section formed by gabions and rehabilitation of local road network (bridges, roads)

The planned works are implemented within the protected area of the Chalandri stream (PD/9-8-95 GG -659/D/6-9-95), taking into account and implementing the commitments and limitations of protection resulting from this Presidential Decree. The environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project, were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Reformat - Change of use of existing warehouse building to building with the main use of Conference Center (EIAS 160):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the construction and operation of a conference centre with capacity of 3000 participants. The plot of the conference centre is located within the region of Municipality of Tavros, County of Attica, on Pireos street No. 166 and  has an area of 5.900 m2

In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project, were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

National Road Samos – Karlovasi. Section Blami Bridge (EIAS 161):

The study was developed within the study of the project «National Road Samos - Karlovasi Section Bridge Blami» and concerns the updating of the environmental licensing of an approved project in the Municipality of Vathi of Samos Island.

The location of the project, with minimum and maximum altitude of 21 and 41 m respectively, is in the northeast of the island of Samos, in K.P. 6 +500 on the national road Samos - Karlovasi. The study is part of improving the existing road. The National Road Samos - Karlovasi in thia particular area appears to be problematic and dangerous. This fact, together with the increased traffic that appears particularly in the summer, makes the work necessary and imperative. The construction of the technical (bridge of 52 m width) is needed to bridge the existing stream and improving the features of the existing road. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project in relation to the effects of the initial licensed project, were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.
