Improvement of the Provincial Roads Aegina-Kypseli – Vathi – Vagia and Mesagros –Tourlos of Aegina island (EIAS 283 A & B ):

These studies constitute the the EIpAS and the EIAS of the The purpose of this study is the environmental licensing of the required works and interventions needed to improve the aforementioned provincial roads Aegina - Kypseli - Vathi - Vagia and Mesagros - Tourlos, at a total length of 18.112km. The aim of the project is to upgrade the two existing roads, which are integrated in the main road network of Aegina, to roads with modern and safe technical and functional characteristics. The environmental impact caused by the project was examined and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Road section Hani Kouvli - Hani Dragouni (EIAS 151):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the road section Hani Kouvli – Hani Dragouni of the provincial road Tripolis–St.Peter. The improvement of this road section, in conjunction with other interventions on the roads of the Prefecture of Arcadia according to the feasibility study, will contribute to creating an improved provincial network with modern and secure technical features.

The route is classified as a part of the primary provincial road network. This project concerns the improvement - widening of the existing road, however, what is planned is the implementation of a bypass of a section of the existing road with a new formulation of approximately 300 m in length (from K.P. 1 +700  to the K.P. 2 +000). The total length of the project is 3,6 km. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project were examined and evaluated at a primary level and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

By-Pass of Pournaria (ΕIAS 152):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the road project «By-Pass of Pournaria ». Today the existing provincial road Ladonas - Kontovazaina - Pournaria passes within the limits of the settlement Pournaria. Bypassing aims to relieve the village from the congestion as well as improve the geometrical characteristics of the road. This new road section in conjunction with other interventions according to the assessment study on the roads of the Prefecture of Arcadia, will help create an improved regional network with safe and modern technical features. The project aims to bypass the settlement of Pournaria, which is crossed by the existing route, in addition to the overall improvement – upgrade of the provincial road Ladonas - Kontovazaina – Pournaria with modern and secure technical features.

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the road project «By-Pass of Rafti ». The road project is part of the existing provincial road Dimitsana - Rafti - Iraio - Koklama. This new road section in conjunction with other interventions according to the assessment study on the roads of the Prefecture of Arcadia, will help create an improved regional network with safe and modern technical features. The aim of the project is the bypass of  the village Rafti, which is crossed by the existing road, and the overall improvement – upgrade of the provincial road Dimitsana - Rafti - Iraio - Koklama with modern and safe technical features. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project were examined and evaluated at a primary level and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

By-Pass of Mouria and improvement of the lateral road of Ladonas Reservoir (ΕIAS 154):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the road project «By-Pass of Mouria and improvement of the lateral road of Ladonas Reservoir», which is part of the provincial road «Kontovazaina - Ladona - Pournari». The by-pass of Mouria and improvement of the road of Lake Ladona in conjunction with other interventions according to the assessment study on the roads of the Prefecture of Arcadia, will help create an improved regional network with modern and safe technical features. The project aims both to relieve congestion of the settlement of Mouria, and -with the parallel study “Bypass of Pournariα"- the upgrading of provincial road "Kontovazaina - Ladona - Pournariα" to a road with modern and safe technical features.

This new road section in conjunction with other interventions according to the assessment study on the roads of the Prefecture of Arcadia, will help create an improved regional network with modern and safe technical features. The aim of the project is the bypass of the village of Arachova, which is crossed by the existing road at its boundaries, and the overall improvement – upgrade of the provincial road Dimitsana - Rafti - Iraio - Koklama with modern and safe technical features. The route is classified on the primary provincial road network. The route is classified as a part of the primary provincial road network. In the study, the environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project were examined and evaluated at a primary level and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.
