Tourist development in the area of "Island of Ag. Ekaterini" in the Prefecture of Kerkyra (EIA 238):

This constitutes the EIpAS of the construction and operation of the proposed tourist development taking into account the sensitive ecological features of the area within which the project is planned. The proposed tourist investment is located in a plot of 24,5ha, of which less than 7,5 m² are exploited. The built up area of the bungalows, apartments and service facilities is approximately 3,02 ha and the number of beds is 1140.

Infrastructure Networks of the «PATRA XIIa» housing estate (EIAS 239):

This constitutes the EIpAS of the the construction and operation of the infrastructure networks of the Patra XIIa housing estate of the Workers’ Housing Organization (OEK). Infrastructure networks that are authorized by this study involve: network of roads and footpaths with a total length of 842m, water supply network a total length of 270m, storm water drainage network with a total length of 322m, sewage network with a total length of 247m. These networks will serve a settlement that will meet urgent housing needs of 44 families or about 200 people..

Construction and operation of a small hydroelectric plant in Agios Ioannis Municipality in the Aetoloakarnania Prefecture (EIAS 240):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the construction and operation of a Small Hydroelectric Plant of 3,3 MW maximum net installed power, on the river bed of Gidomandritis stream in the catchment of Evinos River. The plant is of Run – Of the River (ROR) type without reservoir. The average annual energy output is estimated to be about 5,670 GWh. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested

Modernization and relocation of “2 Delta” Printing Industry (EIAS 241):

This study constitutes the Environmental Impact Preassessment Study (EIpAS) of the above industrial facility. The modernization of the industrial plant involves an increase of the total installed power which is expected to reach to 166,44 kW. The plant will be relocated in a plot of total area of 940 m2 in the Municipality of Athens. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

5 star  classic type hotel, of 298 beds, in the  Xi area of the Kefallinia Prefecture (EIAS 242&242V):

These studies constitute the EIpAS and EIAS of the construction and operation of the above mentioned hotel located near Lixouri in  Cephalonia Island. The total hotel capacity is 298 beds, namely 84 double rooms, 33 triples, 13 autonomous doubles and 1 suite. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested..

Railway line between Skydra, Amyndeo and Kozani Railway Stations (EIAS 243):

This study constitutes the EIAS of the operation of the existing railway line between the aforementioned Railway Stations. The project lies in the Prefectures of Pella, Florina and Kozani. The existing project involves a single line high-speed railway of total length of 123Km that is servicing both passenger and freight trains. In the under study section 10 railway stations and 15 tunnels of total length 2,8Km operate. In the study, the environmental impacts of the operation of the project along with minor works for upgrade and maintenance were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.
