Wind farm of 30 MW installed power on «Kyrton» ridge of the Organi Community in Rodopi Prefecture (EIAS 232):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the construction and operation of a wind farm in the aforementioned location. The wind farm, located on Kyrton ridge, involves 15 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The wind farm spreads over an area of 4,3Κm length with altitude ranging from 540-738m. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 70,7GWh. The wind farm is part of a cluster of wind farms of total power 105,2 MW.

The total net energy production of this farm is estimated 70,7GWh. The “Grammatikaki” wind farm involves 9 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of this farm is estimated 43,4GWh. The “Korfovouni” wind farm involves 14 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of this farm is estimated 50GWh

Environmental licensing for the sports complex of the Peace and Friendship Stadium (EIAS 234).

This study constitutes the EIAS of operation of the existing Stadium that operates since 1985. The Peace and Friendship Stadium occupies a total area of 27,6ha. The buildings cover an area of about 5ha and the surrounding area 22,6 ha. The capacity is 10,520 seats for athletics, 11,390 seats for team sports and 14,000 places for cultural events and conferences. In the study, the environmental impacts of the operation of the Stadium along with minor works for upgrade of its surrounding area were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the construction and operation of 8 wind farms and a high voltage transmission line. The “Lakka” wind farm involves 15 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 119GWh. The “Krani” wind farm involves 19 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 118GWh. The “Megali Koutsouvera & Kokkinou” wind farm involves 15 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 108GWh. The “Krithina” wind farm involves 17 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 121GWh. The “Lycogremos” wind farm involves 19 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 113GWh. The “Vardia& Chounares” wind farm involves 16 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 114GWh. The “Mermigaris” wind farm involves 15 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 113GWh. The “Foinikies & Karvounolakkoi” wind farm involves 15 wind turbines of 2MW power each. The total net energy production of the farm is estimated 110GWh. For the interconnection of the wind farms - that are located in the southeastern tip of Laconia Prefecture and in the island of Kythera- with the electricity system the construction of new high voltage transmission line 150KV is required. The length of the line is 72Km, 17,5 of which is underwater cable.

Construction of sewage network of Pydna Municipality in the Pieria Prefecture (EIAS 236):

This constitutes the EIpAS of the above project. The project involves the connection of the settlements Kitro, Alyki of Kitro and Alonia with the existing W.W.T.P. of Korinos, the connection of the settlements of Paliostani and Mikri Milia with the new W.W.T.P. which will be constructed in the region of Palaiostani and finally the connection of the settlement of Sfendami with the new W.W.T.P. which will be constructed in the region of Sfendami. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested..

Intercommunal road Marathonas - Stamata (EIAS 237):

This constitutes the EIpAS of the new intercommunal road Marathonas-Stamata. The project under study involves the construction of a new road which will connect the Community of Stamata with the Marathonas Municipality and then the main road networks of the broader region under the authority of the Prefecture of Eastern Attica. The total length of the project is 5 km.
