Underground parking station in the plot of the Court House building of Athens (EIA 225):

This constitutes the EIAS of the above project. The project involves the operation of an underground station of 1456 parking spaces, which is located in the Municipality of Athens. The station will be private and will serve workers and visitors of the courts, local residents, workers and visitors of the broader region, and people who park their cars in order to take the subway. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Commercial Warehouses of “TRANSCOMBI EXPRESS SA” (EIAS 226 & 226B):

These studies constitute the EIpAS and the EIAS of the above project that is located in Oinoi of Schimatari Municipality, in Viotia Prefecture. The project involves the construction of 6 new commercial warehouses of total surface area of approximately 70.000 m2, 5 new shelters of total surface area of about 5.000 m2 and 1 new office building of surface area of 900 m2. The environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested..

Private heliport in the location Elia of Mykonos island (EIAS 227 & 227B):

Solar Park of 96,9 KWp installed capacity in “Grafou” area of Molaoi Municipality, Laconia Prefecture (EIA 228):

The project will be located within a plot of total surface area of approximately 0,29ha. The park will operate as an independent power production unit and will consist of 570 photovoltaic panels of 170wp power each. The annual net production of the park has been estimated at 142MWh.

Solar Park of 96,9 KWp installed capacity in “Zougri” area of Molaoi Municipality, Laconia Prefecture (EIAS 229):

The project will be located within a plot of total surface area of approximately 0,41ha. The park will operate as an independent power production unit and will consist of 570 photovoltaic panels of 170wp power each. The annual net production of the park has been estimated at 142MWh.

Connection of the Industrial Areas of Thisvi and Oinofyta with the rail network (Phase A). Connection of the ETEM and Mailli factories with the railway station of Oinoi (EIAS 230):

This study constitutes the EIpAS of the construction and operation of single rail track for freight train that connects the premises of the ETEM and Maili’s factories with the Oinoi Railway Station. The total length of the railway track is approximately 4,6Km. The environmental impact caused by the project was examined and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

EIAS of operation of the existing railway line between Xanthi and Alexandroupolis Railway Stations. The project lies in the Prefectures of Xanthi, Rodopi and Evros, Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region. The existing project involves a single line high-speed railway of total length of 117Km that is servicing both passenger and freight trains includiong 10 railway stations and 5 tunnels of total length 878m. The environmental impacts of the operation of the project along with minor works for upgrade and maintenance were examined and evaluated and appropriate mitigation measures were proposed.
