This DAET  was issued on the basis of a relevant EIAS prepared in 1995.

“Amendment Study of the Joint Ministerial Decision No 106454 / 14.03.2000 on the approval of the Environmental Terms of Samos airport, as amended and in force” (EIAS 358)

The study aims at modifying the Environmental Terms (ET) of Samos National Airport ” Aristarchos the Samios” (SMI) as approved by the Joint Ministerial Decision 106454 / 14.03.2000 "Approval of environmental terms for the construction of expansion and improvement projects and the operation of Samos State Airport, located at Kambos Chora in the island of Samos ". The validity of the ETs of the project was extended until the end of 2020 by the Joint Ministerial Decision No 131852 / 27.10.2010 (ΑΔΑ: 4ΙΗΑ0-Η), which concerns the inclusion  of refueling facilities for firefighting aircrafts.

The present study aims at modifying the Environmental Terms (ET) of Mykonos National Airport as approved by the Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) 32650 / 04.11.1994 "Approval of environmental terms for the construction of improvement projects and the operation of the National Airport Mykonos (JMK) located in the Prefecture of Cyclades ", which has been extended until the end of 2014 by the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 103324 / 18.04.2006, while with Decision no 175511 / 15.10.2014 : (ΑΔΑ 740-Θ9M) was renewed until the end of 2024.

ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY FOR THE MODIFICATION OF DAET OF SEPS CHANION (EIAS 356)

The project titled "Operation of PPC S.A.’s Steam Power Station (SEPS) in the Municipality of El. Venizelou of the Prefecture of Chania " has been originally licensed under the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 144465 / 7-4-2009, which was extended by the Decision of the General Director of the Environment of the Ministry of the Environment no 164141 / 22-9-2014 (ΑDΑ: ΩΗ5Λ0-ΩΝΒ) up to 7-4-2019 for the nominal power of the Station 349,25MWe.

This study aims at the modification of the existing DAET of the SEPS, in order to permit the new installation of the wastewater treatment plant of the station, as well as the relocation of the disposal point.
