"Renewal study of the Joint Ministerial Decision No 126393 / 16-2-2007, 108569 / 18-10-2006, 106592 / 8-8-2006 and 16049 / 12-08-1993 regarding the approval of the Environmental Terms of the Elefsis- Bypass of Patras, as amended and in force " (EIAS 368Α&Β)

The subject of this study is the renewal of the environmental terms of four (4) road sections of the Elefsina - Corinth - Patras Motorway. The highway will facilitate access to / from the western and northern Peloponnese and from / to the Athens and the northern parts of the country. More specifically, it is estimated that the travel time will be reduced by an average of 20% in the section up to Patras. The project will also directly contribute to the economical development of the passing through  areas. The construction of the motorway has  almost been completed.

The study reassessed the environmental impacts of the construction and operation of the project and suggested appropriate mitigation  measures.

"Amendment Study of Naxos Airport, Environmental Approval No 206590 / 30-12-2011" (EIAS 367)

The study aims at modifing the environmental terms of the Naxos State Airport (JNX), as approved by the Ministry of Environment No 206590/30-12-2011 (ΑΔΑ: ΒΟΝΤ0-Κ09) "Approval of environmental terms for the operation and implementation of improvement projects at Naxos State Airport " .

This amendment is dealing with interventions within the airport's current border for improving and upgrading existing airport infrastructures and for new expropriation for southward extension of the runway. The area of the planned extension of the runway amounts to 8,5 hectars and is currently covered by annual arable crops. The projects proposed include:

• Expansion of runway

• Improvement and upgrading of airport infrastructure facilities

The study reassessed the environmental impacts of the construction and operation of the project and suggested appropriate mitigation measures.

"Study for the renewal of the Joint Ministerial Decisions No 68678 / 17-02-1994, 37203 / 14-11-1994, 60315 / 10-01-1999 and 101860 / 01-03-2006 for the approval of the Environmental Terms of the Corinth- Tripoli- Kalamata, as amended and in force". (EIAS 366)

The subject of the present study is the renewal of the environmental terms of four (4) road sections of the Highway connecting Corinth, Tripoli and Kalamata city.

At all stages of the construction and operation of the motorway, which is operated by MOREAS S.A. as a concession project, the National and European Legislation and the Approved Environmental Terms are followed, while an Environmental Management System (EMS) is also in place, recording the results of environmental performance and ensuring  the compliance with environmental terms.

The study reassessed the environmental impacts of the project's operation on the basis of the current monitoring and control data and proposed appropriate mitigation measures.

"Study for the renewal of the Joint Ministerial Decisions No 102696 / 30-5-2006 and 100163 / 30-5-2006 for the Approval of the Environmental Terms of Patra - Amaliada - Pyrgos - Tsakona Road, as amended and in force" (EIAS 364)

The project titled "Patras - Pyrgos - Tsakona road axis" has been licensed environmentally:

• For the section Patra - Amaliada with the no. 102696 / 30-5-2006 Joint Ministerial Decision for the approval of environmental terms (JMD/DAET )

• For the section Amaliada - Pyrgos - Tsakona with the no. 100163 / 30-5-2006 (JMD/DAET )

This study proposed the renewal of the aforementioned JMDs while the progress of the project has been documented on the basis of the environmental terms that have been issued.

The amendment related to small-scale extensions, reconstructions and airport configurations following the concession of the 14 regional airports to Fraport
