National Road Aitoliko - Astakos- Mytikas. Section Aitoliko - Astakos (K.P 0+000 - 8+000 and K.P 18+300-28+250). Renewal of No. 70070 (76415) / JMD 04/07/1998 AET (ER 144):

The study is a Technical Report for the renewal (extension of period of validity) of the Environmental Terms of the project.

Renewal and amendment of Schisto’s industrial park environmental terms (EIAS 258):

Schisto Industrial Park has been environmentally licensed. The aim of the study is to renew the environmental terms and to claim a small modification of them due to the concession of 2,1ha of land to the Hellenic Bank of Industrial Development to use it solely as an industrial area.  

In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.

Amendment of environmental terms of the project " Road Patras-Pyrgos-Tsakona, Section of Patras - Amaliada" (EIAS 274):

This study constitutes the EIAS for the amendment of the existing environmental terms (Joint Ministerial Decision 102696/30-5-2006) of the aforementioned road project due to differentiations from the original design between changes 3+825 and 18+668,92 of the approved design of the motorway Patras - Amaliada. Between these chainages the road axis is shifted to the mainland (2,5 km at maximum) in order to bypass seaside villages, from which the licensed alignment was crossing or approaching in a small distance. The proposed alignment in the aforementioned section has a total length of 15,2km whilst no changes in the initial design of the cross section of the motorway are made.

Modification of the existing environmental terms of the project “Installation of a 416,95 MWe power plant , under ISO conditions, with fuel natural gas, at Aliveri thermal plant and operation of Aliveri thermal of the Public Power Corporation SA” (EIAS 280)

This study aims to amend the existing environmental terms (160235/17-10-2008 Joint Ministerial Decision) of the above mentioned project in order to take into account stream realignment works not included in the original design of the project. A stream that flows within the plot of the Public Power Corporation will be realigned over a total length of 517m to ensure the flood protection of the investment.

Modification and completion of the study on the bypass of the settlements Agria, Ano Lechonia and Kato Lechonia, of the Pelion road network (EIAS 173Α):

This study constitutes EIAS for the update and amendment of the existing environmental terms of the aforementioned section of the National Road Volos – Tsagarada. The National Road Volos - Tsagarada is one of the two main arteries connecting Volos and hence Thessaly and the rest of Greece with Pelion. By the under study alignment the National Road bypasses the following settlements Agria, Ano Lechonia, Kato Lechonia and Malaki. Service and connecting roads are foreseen for these settlements. The total length of the National Road is 7km and the local roads’ length is 16km. Also, the construction of 5 bridges, 7 at-grade intersections, 2 underpasses and 1 interchange is foreseen. In the study, the environmental impacts of the project were examined and evaluated and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested..
