Amendment of no. 65473/11.8.1994 JMD (Approval of Environmental Terms of section Katerini-Kleidi of Pathe Highway):Improvement of the left service roads between  Katerini and Corinos I/Cs (EIA 315):

The proposed amendment relates solely to the SRs of the highway at the height of the settlements from Katerini to Korinos between KP 441+000 - 446+000. Specifically, the amendment relates to the improvement of ASR5 by the North Katerini I/C (under construction)  to Krania stream and the connection of  ASR4 to ASR5 at both sides of the stream  (KP 443+090). The connection will be achieved by the construction of a new bridge. The project also includes the construction and rehabilitation of the existing ASR4 between the stream and the perpendicular 8th road,  at Korinos I/C, in order to better serve the local traffic.

Renewal of no. 133115/9-5-2003 JMD (Approval of Environmental Terms of Smokovo Dam ) temporary water supply to the irrigation network from the Dam(EIA 314):

The project includes the necessary permanent and temporary works  of the first phase, for the transfer and distribution of water from the exit tunnel of the dam, to selected streams and drainage ditches, of irrigation areas S2 to S8, in order to irrigate their respective areas and the construction of irrigation networks in a closed area of 1800 ha.  The total area served by both permanent and temporary works will be increased to 8700 ha. The length of the adductor canal is ~ 47km, while the project also includes the construction of 20 small dams.

Amendment of no 126393/16.2.2007 JMD –(Approval of Environmental Terms of the Elefsina-Korinthos section of PATHE Highway): Rehabilitation of service roads and improvement of the interchange (EIA 306):

The proposed amendment relates solely to the service roads of the highway at the height of the Loutropirgos settlement and the wider region of Megara between KP 30 +000 - 42 +000. Specifically, the proposed amendment includes the rehabilitation of the left service road LSR4 in Loutropirgos, the extention of LSR7 from Rail Station of Megara up to the Old National Road (ONR) Megara - N.Peramos, the improvement of  interchange of LSR8 with street 10 (Pachi - Megara) and the connection  of RSR9 with Pachi – Megara road, in order to improve the local traffic.

Amendment of no. 126119/8.2.2007 JMD –(Approval of Environmental Terms of the Metamorfosi-Iliki section of PATHE Highway): Improvement  of service roads between K.P 24+500  and K.P 32+250  (EIA 305):

The proposed amendment is related to the highway service roads in the area of settlements from St. Stephen up to Polidendri between K.P 24+500 and K.P32+250 of PATHE highway. More specifically, the proposed amendment is related to the widening of the right Service Road (SR) D6, the improvement of the two existing interchanges along the D6 (from the settlement of St. Stephen up to the toll station of Afidnes) and the improvement of the left SRs A6 and A7, and the construction of a new road section connecting them,  in order to improve the local traffic.

Amendment of no. 33838/10.7.1995 JMD –(Approval of Environmental Terms of the Kastro-Tragana section of PATHE Highway): Construction of a right service road between Malesina Interchange up to Underpass 19 of Proskinas-Theologos street (EIA 304):

The proposed amendment relates solely to the service roads of the highway at the height of the settlement of Malesina  between KP 124+300 and 126+840. Specifically, the proposed amendment  includes  the construction of a new right SR, which was not envisaged in the approved EIA of the project, in order to better serve local traffic.

Patra - Pyrgos - Tsakona Road, Section Amaliada - Pyrgos - Tsakona, Supplementary EIAS amending the Planning of the project in subsection Kalo Nero - Tsakona (K.P. 44+996 -76+162) (EIAS 301):

The study suggests the modification of approved E.T. for the section of Kalo Neror - Tsakona of Patra - Pyrgos - Tsakona Highway, Section Amaliada - Pyrgos - Tsakona. The proposed amendment concerns a short horizontal displacement of the artery axis to bypass the settlements Kokla and Kato Malthi, variations in the longitudinal section of the artery, modification on the design of Dorio I/C and small scale variations in the design of collateral and vertical secondary net. The study examined and evaluated the environmental impacts from the construction and operation of the project and appropriate measures in order to tackle these effects were suggested.
