The report was drafted in order to accompany the relevant request for the designation of the  recipient body of  the disposal of the processed urban non-hazardous waste water from the existing sewage treatment plant of Kos Island International Airport.

KEFALONIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KIA): TECHNICAL STUDY FOR LICENSING OF THE PROJECT: REUSE OF TREATED EFFLUENTS FOR RESTRICTED IRRIGATION (T.S. 154)

The report was drafted in order to accompany the relevant request for a permit for reuse of the treated urban non-hazardous waste water from the existing sewage treatment plant at Kefalonia International Airport for  restricted irrigation of a small park, within the airport area.

The report provides technical data on the following:

• Technical description of the sewage treatment plant,

• Technical description of disposal works for treated wastewater,

• Results of analyses of treated wastewater for the years 2014-2015,

ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN WATER MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL PARK OF SCHINIAS-MARATHON (T.S. 153A & B)

This report refers to the Assessment of the Technical Infrastructure (hydraulic) of the National Park of Schinias-Marathon. The purpose of the study was to test the technical infrastructure and submit proposals for reconstruction and improvement, to prioritize them in terms of implementation and to submit reconstruction costs.

The study aims to examine the necessary works for the prevention of salinity in the Evros River delta area. This study proposed the construction of a small dam from reinforced concrete, close to the location of a pre existing earth dam, 5 km from the river mouth.

Stormwater sewerage network study in Nikiza area (TES 136 & 137):

Hydraulic study for stormwater sewerage network in Nikiza area . Rainwater pits and underground tube conductors of total length 2111m (Φ800-Φ500) were designed for the drainage of an 9,6 ha area. The hydraulic studies, the Health and Safety Plan (HSP), the Health and Safety File (HSF)and the tender documents were prepared.

Preliminary Study of wastewater treatment plant of the SHA settlement in Corfu (TES 105 & TES 117):

The study concerns the construction of a common wastewater treatment plant for a new housing development project including the municipal wastewater from a neighboring area. The design population is  1300 inhabitants (pe) while the average sewage flow amounts to 260 m3 per day.
